Christmas is so magical that many of us put up Christmas trees and decorations right after Halloween.

Christmas brings hope to people with new aspirations, dreams, and love. We tend to take many wonderful moments for granted when we are immersed in our social obligations and daily chores. Christmas is the magical time to reflect on our feelings and appreciate the ones we love.

The world is a special place, indeed.

We are born unequal. Each of us is born with a special gift. Some bear the gift of knowledge; some bear the gift of intelligence; some bear the gift of a great personality. We are all unique, which makes this world we live in so special.

The resources we have in life are unequal. Many are born with abundance, and many are born with scarcity. I have been in many unfortunate places where children's sources of learning were insufficient. It has become one of the world’s largest problems. Knowledge and skills pave the path of least resistance to a happier life. The access to learning is a necessity for all of us.

StoryBee is the result of my love for kids and their families in this world where they can find comfort, love, and joy. It evolved from a simple story platform to having thousands of picture books and activities. The platform is a result of contributions from friends, family, cohorts, professors from Harvard, and my beloved partners.

We will narrow the learning gap eco-efficiently from country to country, district to district, and family to family, bringing learning equity, diversity, and inclusion to the world: one child, one story, one day at a time.

May the star on top of the tree guide us through difficult times and take us to the world of gifts filled with Jesus’ love.
