Featured Panelists:
Vladimir Somov: As a Senior Generalist and Concept Designer with over seven years of experience in cinematics across multiple industries, Vladimir has contributed to projects such as Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry Primal, For Honor, Far Cry 5, and Far Cry 6 during his tenure at Ubisoft. He has also served as a cinematic art director and consultant. Vladimir is recognized for his expertise in environment design and real-time rendering, and he shares his knowledge through tutorials and workshops. His most recent work:
Lilian Chow: Currently a Senior World Builder at Full Circle Studio, Lilian has an extensive background in environment and level design, having worked on notable titles such as Redfall, Far Cry 6, Watch Dogs Legion, and Watch Dogs 2. Her expertise includes world-building, set dressing, lighting, and integrating environmental storytelling with narrative direction.
This event offers a unique opportunity for OCAD students from various disciplines—including illustration, design, animation, and interactive media—to gain valuable insights from industry leaders. Attendees will learn about the evolving role of AI in creative fields, strategies for portfolio development, and pathways to career success.
