  • Graphic Designer

    Designing eye-catching book covers, infographics, and promotional assets that reflect the StoryBee brand.

    Collaborating with illustrators and writers to ensure a seamless blend of text and visuals.

  • Web/App Designer/UI/UX Designer

    Designing user-friendly and visually appealing website/app layouts optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

    Improving the user experience (UX) by analyzing user behavior and streamlining navigation to make content easily accessible.

  • Marketing/Advertising/Social Media

    Developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns to engage parents, donors, and partners worldwide.

    Identifying new channels and opportunities to promote StoryBee’s initiatives effectively.

  • Videographer and Editor

    Planning and directing shoots to ensure high-quality footage aligns with StoryBee’s goals.

    Staying adaptable to capture content in both studio and on-the-go settings, and edit the videos.

  • Animation Creator

    Creating short animations for promotional videos, educational content, and social media campaigns.

    Developing animations for characters, illustrations, and infographics, enhancing storytelling and engagement.

Our books are designed for young learners, primarily in grades K-6, to make learning fun, accessible, and memorable. Each book is crafted to inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning, with topics ranging from science and history to art and culture.

  • Your responsibilities will depend on your role, but you’ll be an integral part of creating engaging educational materials. Whether you’re writing, illustrating, or contributing in another capacity, you’ll receive guidance and constructive feedback from our team to ensure personal and professional growth. We foster a supportive environment where learning and collaboration are central to our success.

  • The level of creative freedom depends on your role. While we provide a clear framework and guidelines to maintain the quality of our work, we also encourage innovation and unique perspectives. We value your input and creativity as part of the collaborative process.

  • The working arrangement depends on the role and the nature of the tasks. Some positions may be remote, while others might be hybrid or require in-person involvement. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, keeping in mind the needs of the team and the project.

  • StoryBee partners with programs like the OCAD Experiential Placement Program, and we encourage students to apply through this in-house initiative. Additionally, we typically hire summer students under the Canada Summer Jobs program. Exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to join our team in more permanent capacities. Compensation details vary depending on the program and role.
